I've been renting from Century 21 South Perth for over 15 years now and the service i've received, especially from Kelley, has been exceptional. She's kept me up to date, informed of any changes well in advance and made sure that any issues were sorted quickly. I couldn't recommend her and the company enough!

I am very grateful for having such great customer service from Simon. Our shower wasn't working well, as the pressure was too low, and if I tried to use the hot water, it was too hot. I contacted Simon and less than 24 hours later, a plumber had fixed the problem. It gives me confidence to know the agency I chose has such good workers. As a customer, I look for competent people and Simon is an example of that.Lisa has been of great assistance to our family. Whenever I have queries, she responds promptly. When I rented the house initially, I was living on my own. Now my daughter and wife have joined me and because they came from overseas, they had to leave the family pet behind, as it was too difficult to bring our cat. Now my daughter really misses having a pet. I was aware pets were not allowed in the property I am renting. I explained the situation to Lisa and she contacted the owner. I got a positive reply. Basically the owner told Lisa that an exception would be made. I feel Lisa is very thoughtful and proactive.

She was amazing!She has excellent knowledge of the local market and gave us an honest opinion on what our property would be worth. She was always prompt to answer any questions and you just knew she had your back. Living in another state was not an issue with Leisa, she kept us informed along the way and went above and beyond to assist us when the settlement of our property got a little difficult towards the end.We liked her honest and down to earth approach and would highly recommend her if you are considering selling your property.We had only had Kelley from Century 21 River Residential manage our property management for less than a year but.... WOW, we are so impressed by her. She really works hard and actively looked after our rental property. She proved to us to be a great property manager. Always helpful, provides great advice and professional in her approach. She is prompt to answer emails and it was easy to communicate with her, even though we lived in another state.
