Very disappointed with the service. Visited the store and asked a staff member for advice on a shaver. Told her exactly what it was to be used for. She went and got one of the shelf and I questioned if it was suitable for my needs and she reassured me so I purchased it at a cost of $150.00.Gave it to my husband as a gift to discover totally unsuitable. Returned to store with receipt and first she denied ever serving me until I showed her receipt with her name on it. To and from for a few weeks of arguing with head office to return to store for her memory suddenly returned with her stating I chose it of the shelf myself. I asked for CCTV to be viewed to be told as the owner she knows her rights and refused a refund. Safe to say would never shop there again.

My son got his ear pierced here. Clean and hygienic environment. The staff were knowledgeable about every question we had (about hair as well) and the piercer was so lovely! So patient and kind. I think her name was Seironi and there's 110% chance I misspelled it but she deserves the shout out.

Went in to ask about my daughters piercing, they couldn't be more wonderful and helpful with a very anxious child. Explaining step by step what they were doing and put her at ease. Highly recommend.

I came in store today to grab some new hair products, Jessica was absolutely amazing, she had fantastic knowledge & helped me select the perfect products to suit my hair type. I was incredibly pleased with how lovely the whole interaction was! Will definitely be back in the future ☺️

On a whim I called in to get some piercings done in my ear. The lady was lovely.Unfortunately after a couple of days one of the piercings was swollen and extremely sore. The other one was totally fine. I returned but she wasn't working that day. One of the other staff tried to remove it but couldn't. She suggested I either go to another piercing shop, go to Dr or return the next day. I was in so much pain I went to another piercing shop. He eventually removed it and said the post was far too short. I now have to wait for it to heal to get it redone.

Seione (spelling?) Is such and awesome person. Great piercer and such a calming soul. She has done most of our piercings and is so patient!

I'm often at a loss as to what to do with my hair and Laura always has ideas for cuts, colours and styles that would work for my partiicular hair (coarse and very thick and long). As for the retail side of the store she's an absolute gun! Laura knows about all of the products and which ones to recommend to each client to use. Highly recommend Laura she's amazing!!

Had to visit to find a replacement hair colour, after my brand and colour was discontinued. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This is a great group of staff and a huge asset to the town. The best bit is that the new colour is awesome, and I get to go back again.
