A tradesman who turns up on the said day at the said time. Communication was impeccable, kept you up to date. A genuine guy who backs himself up with his knowledge and skillset, Chester answers your questions and puts you at ease, knowing you will be paying for a quality and honest job. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience dealing with Chester. I will be using Chester till the day he retires, Cheers

I will NEVER recommend or use Chester’s Roofing/Property Maintenance. The job he did at my place was so poor, it had to be redone.Not just that, he needed to be guided by my father as to how to fix the roof and he still did the worst job I’ve ever seen. He left several huge bolts sticking out of my roof in the garage, it was an eye sore. He attempted to cover them up, what a joke. We were in disbelief as to how badly the so called finish product looked. It was laughable.It was the worst job I had ever seen. So unprofessional, did not have any idea as to the trade, so many people commented how BAD the job was including my Real Estate Agent. My Real Estate Agent put this company on a banned list, the job was so BAD.IF YOU WANT A CHEAP AND NASTY JOB DONE, HE IS THE ONE!!!!If you want a professional job done, steer clear of this person and company. It’s bad news!!!! And he will over charge for unprofessional, bad, cheap work.He quoted me $4000, there was no way I was paying that. I gave him $300 and not a cent more. He was not worth it.He has told me he puts the price up on most jobs and tries to scam money from people prior to starting the job.He has 4 separate government departments investigating him for fraud.Above all he is a convicted criminal twice over. BEWARE!!!!!

This company is a scam!! The guy Chester came, quoted, asked for a deposit of $1800 for roofing material. Till now nothing is done and he has avoided all calls /messages. Will report this to ACCC. Don't use this service.
