Exceptional and high quality service! Such a beautiful salon with lovely and hardworking staff. I haven’t been taking care of my hair, skin, or nails very well lately and they have done such a great job of cleaning me up. The Sylk Hair stylist really listened to what I wanted and I was surprised it turned out really close to it. I have not been happy with a hair dresser for a while as they haven’t really achieved what I was after in terms of style or length but Emmy did a wonderful job. She was gentle and efficient too. The LED facial helped to rejuvenate my skin after being weathered down by the harsh sun and dry heat. I really appreciate Hannah advising me against a lash lift as my lashes weren’t suitable. She put my interests first instead of wasting my time. I got a mani pedi instead. I was quite embarrassed as I hadn’t been taking care of them well but she was non-judgmental and caring. She helped tidy me up and I started to feel like myself again. Keeli later on did a wonderfully efficient job on my gel extensions after kindly accepting my request to change the service on short notice. I have a couple of funny shaped nails and I’m really surprised and pleased with how they turned out. I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer in future!

Wonderful service!Hannah is absolutely lovely ans makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable.I had the gel x done and broke one within half an hour (my own silly fault). Rang Hannah and she had me back in fixing it before she left!Looking forward to the next nail appointment with her now!
