Thai orchid is an excellent local restaurant with some exceptionally good food. The hot pot and prawn curry were just fantastic… the service though friendly, was a bit slow. Great experience overall…

The Food is superb - 5 star but the atmosphere is unfortunately lacking. Living nearby I hope the restaurant survives but for me needs a Maitre D’ or host to make it more welcoming. Hopefully then the crowds will come.

I had a birthday party for my gal friends here and it was wonderful! Sony took extra care and helped me choose the menu considering the varied dietary preferences. In all I had a very personalised service and a very memorable party. Each dish was creatively displayed and presented.

We have been Here on a few occasions and always enjoyed it, but last night we had the best meal yet! We had money bags, chicken red curry and beef and cashews strir fry with rice , and could not fault a thing! SO DELICIOUS! The service was a little slow as there was only 1 waitress who was kept busy, but she was really lovley and nothing was too much trouble. ( we even asked if she could change the music because it was like music that would be played for a massage...even another table commented on it, but the new music was just perfect!).The meals are not only delicious they are very generous. Everyone who had dine in left with a doggy bag! We have a new local favourite ❤️

We dined here with a large group recently. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, but otherwise there were many issues:- they weren't licenced to serve alcohol (besides byo) despite advertising they were- they were out of tofu (and some other dishes) even though we warned them the day before that our group included vegetarians- meals arrived slowly and some entrees and rice arrived well after mains- we couldn't reach the restaurant via their phone numberOverall we were disappointed in our experience

Absolutely fantastic dinner out at the Thai Orchid! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We shared a few entrees and then had the most delish mains. Wait staff were friendly and diligent. We will be back!

tried the tom yum and it tasted more like Assam fish soup. Pad Thai was good, pad kaprow was average. But service was really good, the waitress was really sweet and accommodating. Overall still edible but just not authentic Thai food sadly except the pad Thai

We have been to Thai Orchid for couple of times and really enjoyed the service. The staff is very friendly and food is fantastic. Green curry is the most tastiest ever I have had. All meals are in a very good portion for a reasonable price.One thing that is obvious is the taste consistency among all restaurants of South Perth, Mount Lawley and Nedlands.Good job guys!
