Several years ago i went to look for parts and info about a complicated plumbing job. I took a while to sort of the solution and the guy working there wanted to charge for the time spent helping me at the counter. Didn't expect that.

Don't use, what a joke to get a part to connect a dishwasher to a tap, call yourself plumbing supplies. Called there cause Bunnings to me, both places a joke for customer service.

I needed a solution to a 20 year problem with my shower drain. We bought the house with poor drainage to start with. Lismore had a young lady at service counter whom gave me two options with the limited information I could provide. Long story short, problem solved. The hair basketshe suggested fitted perfect, even though, me being a plumbing knobhead, argued wrong width!! No idea her name. Forever grateful.Warren

Wife and I waited in the showroom for about 20 mins no one came near felt uncomfortable about being there we only wanted to fit out the bathroom and toilet went elsewhere.
