PWR Advanced Cooling Technology

I had been having a lot of overheating issues with my 2009 Holden Colorado after fitting a canopy and decking it out with drawers, fridges, long range fuel tank and water tank. Long steep climbs saw the temp needle well into the red.I spoke with h Stephen at PWR and he suggested the PWR product will fix the issue. I must admit I was hesitant as I have tried all sorts of things to get this temperature down. So I bit the bullet and placed the order. I picked up the radiator about 10 days later and had it fitted.The first thing was to take the vehicle to a known overheating spot to try it out and wow, what a difference!! Where the temp gauge would normally climb into the red, this time it didn’t move from normal. This thing is totally amazing.Thank you to PWR and Stephen for sorting this. I can now drive my vehicle without having to constantly watch the temp gauge.

DO NOT BUY A PWR RADIATOR. Top dollar, poor quality. First time I've been let down by Australian made. Leaking and unrepairable after 18 months. Fitted by qualified mechanic and used only nulon coolant and demineralised water. PWR staff not helpful. DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT IN YOUR 4WD!

Purchased many radiators from C & R Racing USA - they have always met their estimated time of delivery and produced quality radiators that work. We have now been directed to purchase from PWR Australia and now receive poor service and product- they dont follow their own design drawings and alter your original requests without advising. We had swarf and other debris in our oil cooler. Incorrect threads etc. Are evasive in their replies to issues to try and sort. infact its like dealing with a QC lawyer protecting himself. They refuse to give a refund on a radiator that clearly doesnt work but say they want to fix the problem but arent forthcoming with a solution other than to add an external oil coolers as well as . Whereas our previous radiator didnt require this.All the things that you would not expect from a reputable company these guys do. There are many radiator manufacturers in the world my personal advise would be to purchase your race car radiator from anybody else but this company.This company is a fail in our eyesResponse to your reply to our reviewFurther to your reply - we have tried working with you .We sent all the info you asked for and it has resolved nothingWe have done back to back tests removing your heat exchanger all together as well as fitting the old style heat exchanger and oil pressures returned to normal .Upon first receiving the radiator you were told by myself and engineers that the inlet and outlet dia were way too restrictive and too small - reducing from -12 to what seems like -8 sizing - you failed to reply and you still have not replied on this fact.Also incorrect threads than asked for and we had to retap others. as fitting wouldnt wind it.You have made it impossible to work with you because of your delays in response - failure to provide information - and lack of response to our questions.We have ordered another radiator from another company and will not be using the PWR radiator supplied.I repeat my warning to other respective purchases - simply dont purchase from these guys a race car radiator.We are looking at avenues to recover our funds

Ordered a 500x300 intercooler waited over a week for it to be shipped 600km than opened the box and was the 400x300 Than got onto pwr to send the correct one and after a week away at work I had to ring them and ask where the intercooler I originally ordered was and they hadn’t sent it. Almost 1 month after first ordering and still no intercooler, absolutely useless customer service, if I had of known this I definitely would have gone to another brand. I will never be dealing with these muppets ever again.

I purchased a radiator for a Holden torana several years ago. The 12 month warranty had expired.The radiator developed a leak. I thought it was leaking from a weld in the side tank as that’s where the coolant was running from. I thought I could simply have had the side tank rewelded along the weld that I thought had cracked.I was in touch with PWR and sent the radiator back to them to be analysed to see what the problem was. PWR called me a while later and informed me that the radiator was not fixable. PWR agreed to replace the radiator even though it was out of warranty period.I cannot recommend PWR enough, I have been to their premises in QLD and it is state of the art. They didn’t have to replace my radiator but they did.When I was building my Holden torana I tried to use as many Australian made parts as possible. I am glad that I chose PWR.I will be happily using PWR again in the future.Thanks

Ordered a Trans/Oil Cooler for my 4wd. Initially has some teething problems with timing/shipping. Sorted within a phone call to TIM in sales. Ask for Tim, he went above and beyond and PWR should be proud of him, genuine asset to the company. Cooler seems to be performing way better than other coolers of similar size. So far very happy with it.

IN SOME PRODUCTS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.excellent product with service to match. well worth the money.been through 2 factory radiators in 2 years plastic don't last. ( paid for a p.w.r radiator on ebay 3 weeks later told 3 month wait got refunded rang Luke P.W.R had one delivered in 8 DAYS was in stock".so that's how happy I am with P.W.RCOOLING SYSTEMS"

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTSTheir radiator supposedly corroded out within 6 month's on a car that had never been on the road having a earth strap connected to radiator and the battery of the vehicle being disconnected as well and running a bottle of Lucas water wetter (super cool) and the response I got from them is. it's like a tinny on water it eventually corrodes"Have brought many of their products in the past but will never recommend in the future"
