Ansel is an absolute joke of a company. Steer well clear. So here it is, we bought this house and were forced to settle, building with Ansel homes was the biggest mistake my family and i have made. We were promised what was on the contract and promises weren't kept, we were lied to, the house is still today in incomplete. I encourage all not to build with this company, they will go as far as taking legal actions against you for not settling an unfinished house. Very unprofessional, very unorganised and no communication skills.We now have to take this matter further so they will agree to complete what's in he signed contract.Building with ansel homes was meant to be an exciting time for my family and I, and instead it has been a very stressful and unpleasant time. We're not even looking forward to moving in, the house is not a complete brand new home.Very disappointing.The photo taken of the property is either photo shopped, because up close this is what the property actually looks like

Not only has this builder not contacted back for a whole a year. Their staff is even worse. I have called them for an emergency today and I have been told 'I am not working now so bye' and been hung up on. I have been so patient with them but I am really done. After the build last year, they did not send me all the documents required. No one did the required inspections. There's been flooding in our house which the builder was made aware many times, and he did nothing. There are too many complaints nothing has been fixed. The doors locks do not work. There was a list of required work the builder wrote down during the handover and he never even came back to fix that.

Almost everyone told us frustrating and costly experience they had with their building. But our experience proved to be exact opposite. Ansel’s team was honest. They listen to customer what you would like to see in your new house while also offer helpful input as well. They are flexible with the design and listen to your ideas. Having said that in the building journey they continued to suggest and discuss any possible improvements along the way. Our house turns out to be what we expected and within the budget. All thing considered I would recommend Ansel homes to family and friends or any who is considering buildering a house.
