The team at Aquashield Bathrooms were fantastic from the first contact. Chris was responsive and helped me understand what they were doing and why the whole way through. After initially being told it would take over a month for another company to come out, Aquashield was understanding of my anxiety over my leaking ensuite shower all over my carpet and fit me in promptly. They were on time and thorough. Every step was explained and they cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Aquashield renovated two bathrooms for us at the end of last year beginning of this year. They were amazing to deal with, very professional, responsive and the project manager (Andrew G) was always available for questions and to run through the next steps.

I contacted them straight after the holiday period - they made an appointment and turned up on time. The rep was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I booked them for the work. Liam turned up on time - did a very professional job leaving our bathroom looking like it was when new. Only had a couple of showers so far but everything seems good.

Exceptional industry knowledge combined with a methodical work approach to identify leaks, fantastic customer service and happy to steer you in the right direction We were so impressed with Chris and his team that we will be using them for our future bathroom renovation. Highly recommend and thankful that we were referred to them by another company that didn’t have the equipment and skill to deal with a leak coming from an upstairs unit. As a property manager, I deal with a wide variety of trades, clients & customers on a regular basis. Recently I met with business owner Chris on site at an investment property & I was instantly impressed by his knowledge & passion for his trade. Chris understood that I needed to understand everything about the bathroom renovation process, not just on behalf of the property owner but so I could also explain it to the tenants who need to reside at the property in the meantime. He was patient, thorough & able to accommodate budget & styles that worked around the existing structure. It’s not just Chris though. Every member of the Aquashield team I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly, professional & prompt. Communication between team members, myself & the property owner have been on point. Great communication including the quoting process, explanation of the improvement works options, progress updates throughout the works and final detailed report. Very happy with the end result. Aquashield did a job for us yesterday, Bryce was the tradesman and I cannot express how happy we are with the job he did. It has been a long time since we had a good tradesperson. The job was re grouting the bathroom, what a champion, punctual, did not stop working the whole time he was here, left everything spotless. We are so happy with the job and would recommend this business to anyone requiring their services. Also the price was reasonable. Cannot recommend Aqua Shield enough! Right from the get go, Chris was very informative and thorough when explaining the process of our shower removal and remodelling. He also showed us photographs of the process, so we would know what to expect.During the process, his tradespeople were exceptional. They kept us informed of their progress with videos and photographs. They also cleaned up the work space, which was very much appreciated on our end.Chris and his team were always available to chat if questions arose.Our new shower is just fabulous and we are so pleased we trusted Aqua Shield.
