I knew that I would be happy with my manicure as I have been to Laurie before in Canterbury but this place is something else! The decor is absolutely amazing, my granddaughter was thrilled and will not stop asking me when we can return. Well done Laurie, your hard work and efforts clearly show in the attention to detail within both of your salons.

I came to Laurie to get a full head of extensions put in, a toner and to get them styled. Laurie and her lovely worker were AMAZING. They stayed open long past there opening time just to look out for me and my hair. We had a small issue (my fault due to hair product I had been using) which caused my hair to go a tiny bit orange and Laurie did not settle for it. No matter how much I said it was okay she would not settle for anything less than perfect. This salon is AMAZING! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I promise, you will not leave disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Did a scalp bleach and the complete top layer of my hair fried off, is about 4inch short... I essentially have a mullet. They do not know what they are doing and it's a dirty salon. Save yourself and spend the extra money on someone who is experienced. It's been 2months and my hair has just fallen out and become worse. I refuse to leave the house and my confidence has deteriorated. I do not recommend this salon. NOT FAKE!

Went in to Laurie Alexandra a couple of weeks ago with no clue what I wanted and walked out with an amazing new cut and style! The ladies left my hair looking and feeling amazing and it still does now.I will definitely be back in for my next cut.

Such an amazing place and atmosphere!! This salon is owned and staffed by people who are genuinely so passionate about what they do and don’t let clients leave without a smile on their face!! Laurie is an angel! Highly reccomend this salon to everyone!!

Wonderful salon! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. They did an incredible job on my hair and I can't wait to go back! Beautifully decorated and amazing atmosphere!

Went to the salon just before Christmas time to have some of the sparkle strands put in! The salon was absolutely amazing and the staff were so sweet and made my friend and I feel so comfortable and happy! Cannot thank them enough! Definitely will be coming back in the future to have some colouring done!!

Favorite salon in the world! The hairdressers here are so talented and have wonderful personalities to match. Those ladies knows what they are doing when it comes to hair. They're amazing girls inside and out. It's always a truly great experience all around. After being to so many salons for my full head of blonde foils and blow waves, it's such a relief to find hairdressers I can completely trust! I also come here every few weeks for my shellac refill where they use CND (ACTUAL SHELLAC!) and my nails have never been in the condition they are in now, long and strong! As for makeup, Laurie is magic! I've been twice for a full face and both looks have been completely different. For the Melbourne Cup I had a more natural look and for an event I had more of a full face. Both times I've received multiple compliments! I highly recommend!
