Amazing experience, service was fantastic. Gave us extra of the smoothie that we ordered and made us feel very welcomed. 10/10 one of the best coffee clubs I’ve been too!!

The club sandwich had next to no chicken (the slice was as thin as the bacon), the bread was obviously turning stale, only spread was avocado (and not a lot for the price), had one small slice of bacon and not even a proper amount of lettuce. Plus the extra slice of bread in the middle was clearly to compensate for lack of fillings. The 'mocha' frappe tasted bitter and was the colour of coffee, no chocolate in sight or taste, and was clear the beans were burnt. If you cannot do coffee, nor a club sandwich, i struggle to see why youd keep the name coffee club. Plus; the staff were not focused and obviously didn't want to be there (I don't blame them, especially being understaffed) and that was directly reflected through the quality of the service and food

Consistently poor. This location lets down the Coffee Club brand. This is possibly the worst Coffee Club we have eaten at. $100 for lunch for a family of 4, the kids nuggets and chips arrived with coated chicken breast that was so tough the kids couldn’t eat it. We were told they had run out of chicken nuggets after we complained, this would have been helpful to know while ordering. The chips were also cold and stale. Bacon in the big breakfast was overcooked to the point it was too crispy to even get on a fork and the Caesar salad croutons were chewy not crunchy, like they were opened a week ago and not sealed. Even the chocolate thick shake was undrinkable - way too thick to be sucked up the flimsy paper straws. We will not eat here again - horrendous food when there are other better options at a similar price in Wynnum.

Thinking of giving it a go? DON’T DO IT! Yes it is the coffee club and you wouldn’t expect much anyway… so for it to be as horrific as it was I think says it all. $85 (including 15% ph surcharge) for 2 people and very small servings - the eggs Benedict was missing items included on the menu, the side of mushrooms were so dehydrated that it was almost impossible to identify what they were and to top it off it was cold. The steak sandwich was so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it and I think there were about 10 chips on the side…that were cold. Originally ordered OJ then they ran out so offered pineapple juice… it was more a glass of ice with a dash of juice for almost $10 a glass. Save your stomachs, save your wallets and save your time by walking straight past this one. Many better options on bay terrace. You would think the owners would care a bit more about their business but clearly they only care about taking your money and nothing else.

This is the worst Coffee Club I have dined at. Hot inside and the Carrot Cake I ordered was terrible. Very disappointing and will not go back.

A definite positive at the Wynnum Coffee Club was the team on that shift who were extremely friendly, helpful, well presented and professional.However, 3 out of 4 of our meals were very disappointing and our $60+ would've been better spent elsewhere.The eggs, mushrooms and toast were cold. The mushies shrivelled and old looking. The smashed avocado meal only had a thin scrape of avo on the toast.After advising staff of the cold eggs etc., 2 of the 4 eggs were replaced.I have since spoken to a store representative (and it was appreciated that my query was followed up).However, I was only offered partial blame, excuses and an apology of sorts.Apparently, the staff remembered that we had been away from the table when the meals were delivered and that would've been why the meals were cold?? (2 of us were at the table and started eating on the delivery of the meals and the only enjoyed" meal was one of the absentees ).NB. The Cafe was 3/4 empty.I was also advised that the type of food used

Rocked up on a public holiday (2/1) at 9:30.Needless to say it was busy, was still greeted with impeccable customer service from the moment I was at the counter, till I left!I came for the food, but I will 100 be back for the service!

Honestly, not great. Our table of 4 had to send multiple items back, from bitter coffee to hair in food and food not prepared as ordered. For myself, I ordered my favourite breakfast, especially from the coffee club, Eggs Benedict, with runny eggs. I was the first at my table to order and the last to receive my meal. The eggs were not runny, so I sent them back. Approximately 20mins later my breakfast came out again and this time they were runny, but so were the egg whites, by this stage we had been waiting on breakfast for eaaily over an hour and I was so hungry and the rest of my table had finished eating and I was also too embarrassed to send them back again, so I ate them. After breakfast I ordered a double chocolate frappe and received an espresso frappe, which they swapped out no problem and was delicious, however, once again my table had finished their orders by the time I got mine. The owner (I am assuming) or manager tried his best to apologise, but it was definitely not the relaxed easy catch-up my friends and I had hoped for.

I am not a fan of the Coffee Club, but after a recommendation by a friend... I am converted.Thank you for a great experience & I will be back.I am not confident about some of the other franchises in the area.The staff are amazing & and have great customer service .Thank you
