Management is terrible, complete disregard for quality of work, lack of experience in work completed.The manager was rude, came across as arrogant, I wont ever take my vehicle here or purchase from this store unless management is replaced.

From Start to Finish Top End Off-road Centre has been exceptionality professional. This was a dream build for my Nissan Patrol Y62, getting ready for a lap around Australia .Glenn Rowe is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything relating to 4x4 & Caravanning. This made the entire build process stress free and very enjoyable.Any issues or delays was communicated promptly via an email or phone call from Glenn. Overall I am a extremely happy customer whom will be returning to Top End Off-road for any future needs.Cheers Glenn

The products and service from Top End Offroad Centre are fantastic. Glenn the manager was professional, knowledgable and took the time to show us around and outline the best products that would make our camping and 4WD experiences far more enjoyable during our trip through the Cape. Glenn's excellent service and extensive experience about 4WD in FNQ was awesome and we would highly recommend Top End Offroad Centre to anyone looking for the best in Cairns.

I had a genuine Nissan snorkel fitted to my Navara Pro4X. Absolutely stoked with the final product, it’s fitted superbly and looks unreal. Top end were super friendly and professional, thanks for your help Glenn, I’ll definitely be back for more mods. Cheers

I think this is probably my first ever google review. But the service at Top End Offroad from Glenn was outstanding so deserves a review. I visited the store for a bunch of mods to the truck and was taken through the options without any pressure. I then kept in touch with Glenn over the next week for details, quotes and extra additions before landing on a deal. All done quickly and if there was to be a delay Glenn kept in touch, all transparent, open and willing to provide more info. Could not be happier so if you are looking for 4WD gear in Cairns well worth a chat with Glenn.

The guys fitted out an alloy tray on our work vehicle. There were some minor unavoidable delays but they went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on and that we still had a vehicle when we needed it.

Where do I start!!!!Firstly, I purchased a HSP roller cover series 3 back in March and got it fitted with Top end off-road Centre, Cairns on the 16th of May as they are “specialists” in fitting HSP roller covers and that’s when the nightmare started.I had to take it back to Top end off-road centre four times because they installed it incorrectly the first time. On the fourth go (4 months of back and fourth trying to get it installed correctly as that’s what I paid for) they finally fixed the roller cover, however, they told me in an email “we do note though that the light on the Roll Track is Faulty, we have checked all wiring and connections and have found no issues with them. You will at your discretion need to contact HSP direct regarding this”I then contacted HSP and they informed me that Top End would’ve damaged the wiring when they fitted the cover as I had no problems with the lighting at all prior to them correcting the fit of the cover.Thankfully HSP did not charge me for the light and put it on as Goodwill and good customer service as they knew that I had been through a few headaches with Top End off-road Centre especially with Glenn, the store manager. He was very unprofessional and rude, I have never dealt with anyone like Glenn. The constant lies, saying he was waiting for parts from HSP and HSP had no idea what I was talking about so it was making me look like an idiot. Finally, I called HSP and dealt with Aiden (very professional and great customer service)and then put him on the phone to Glenn and they finally sorted it out.Long story short DO NOT get a HSP roller cover installed by Top end Off-road Centre Cairns.HSP roller cover series 3 for my raptor x is great, I have no problems with it and I have no problems with HSP. My only problem was with Top end off-road Centre, and the way they handled this problem very unprofessional and I was not happy at all. I have not received an apology from Glen with the way he handled the situation. In terms of customer service, don’t expect to receive any at top end. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
