They sent me my order with someone else’s name / address / contact details on the invoice. When I raised this privacy breach with them, twice, they refused to comment and completely ignored me.I placed an order for a set of tools that they advertised as being polished chrome (no if’s or but’s). When my order arrived the spanners in the set were in fact painted silver (not a mirror finish of polished chrome as advertised) and were literally rusting out of the box.I raised the issue with them, provided photos etc, and to my surprise they said they are indeed polished chrome. I challenged this because obviously they’re not, and they doubled down saying they were polished chrome, and they had therefore not falsely advertised the set. This conversation took about a week as they’re very slow to respond.I asked to return them for a refund, because this substantially altered the value of the set. They flat out refused to support me with the return (despite my order being placed online). They expected that I drive an hour round trip to go to a store to raise it with them. For some this is impossible, and an unacceptable expectation for an online order. No alternatives were offered despite asking twice.I will never ever do business with these incompetent morons again.

Every single order I have places with Blackwoods has had issues. Sometimes I'll receive half my order, then I wait a week and contact Blackwoods to inquire, and it has somehow disappeared from their system. If I don't put pressure on the staff, I would never receive my full order. I have more important things I could be doing with my time.I ordered an item 7 weeks ago and was told today it is no longer available. I also put in a quote request 2 days ago for approx forty thousand dollars worth of light towers, haven't heard a peep.Someone at Blackwoods needs to look at this branch and train the staff accordingly.I don't know why we have Blackwoods as an approved supplier, it is too much effort.

From the outside you would think they should know what they are talking about and shouldn't have to wait long here and they should have a tig tourch spare parts box to store spare parts in of various sizes

Where can I start. Nobody in Adelaide/Regency Park is interested in serving you .And once you get served they give you this dumb look and like hello you just woke me up. The owners should go in with a broom and sweep out the lazy people at this place. I had to go there myself to do a pickup and its like your a ghost .there are courier in Adelaide that refuse to go there because of the pathetic service they give ..Wake up Blackwoods

wow talk about incompetent ordered part on 23/01/2017 went to pick them up they were incomplete was meant to be reordered never were tried to get a refund 15 phone calls later and 4 we will call u back no one has its now 14/03/2017 still waiting Natasha the manager was no help either not there or unavailable finally got her and she blew me off unaceptable

The best and least expensive place to get a lot of materials and tools.
