Thank you - great work!Rather than dismiss these secondary issues and potential failures, Avinash notified me and recommended these be addressed while the car was in for repair. I said - go for it, but wasn't looking forward to the final bill. Initial A/C repairs were being done under warranty, however, due to the unknown cause of these secondary issues* the repair costs being covered under warranty were now starting to blow out and it was looking more likely I'd be the one expected to foot the growing repair costs.Thankfully, Avinash sought advise from the dealer principal - Ken Mills - [*there was another dealership involved - hence the need to involve Ken]To my relief, Ken Mills - took decisive and immediate action.Not only did Kens phone call/s / emails save me a lot of money - but he was able to mitigate a potentially volatile and emotive situation involving *a prior a/c repair - at a previous Auto Repairer & Dealership.So to Ken and the team - you proved yet again why it is you are so highly respected and awarded as a dealership - legends!!
