The staff are second to none. They literally go out of their way to help their customers. Their advise, care and compassion makes them the best in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

David & the team are fantastic. They always greet me by my name & really try their best to be fast, efficient & helpful. Love 'em!!!!

Lovely staff. I'm embarrassed I can't remember the name of the lovely female pharmacist who helped me but she went above and beyond to help.Am travelling with my son who forgot to pack his medication. Picked up another item but in passing I mentioned our issue, not thinking they had any power to help. Was advised they had discretion to dispense 3 days medication after being shown the of the old script (electronic record from the Chemist Warehouse app).This gives me time to organise a telehealth session with his GP and obtain a longer electronic script for dispensing locally.There support got me out of a pickle, and was completely unexpected. My local Chemist Warehouse would have never have done this (I asked them to dispense the script at a fellow CW store but basically was told it wasn't worth their effort- yes they are time poor but amazing contrast between businesses).Exceeding kind and considerate. 10/10 and a local business worth supporting. Many thanks again.

Rang to organise to pick up an item for work, was told it would be put aside for pick up. Went to pick up and was refused as apparently not a customer with them anymore. This was a none script item and a paying customer. Very poor and unprofessional.
