One of worst bigw ive been to. Staff are roude when you ask for help its like a chour to them and they look at you roude. And bigw in general, whats this no prices and whats the response they give you. Doesnt come with. That is a load. So we have to do there job and find a scanner to find price. How hard is it to put a sign on items dont have to individually price item. Its just lazy. I only buy what i need to there now. And that is not much. Very disgusting guys.

Big W Kwinana is just there when you need a large variety department store . We are very lucky to have this store so near to us, the staff are friendly, polite and helpful and it's just great to wander around and see so many items for saleI especially like their electronics department, games, phones and DVD series and single moviesThey have quite a good variety of TV's and other electronic stuff, it's easy to find the stuff you want and is simplicity itself buying the stuff you need. An all round wonderful store.

Did a pickup to the boot. After a certain time of day or on weekends we are supposed to go into the main desk but there is no sign posting saying any contrary instructions. Was able to raise attention by ringing the doorbell after a wait for service that didn't come in a timely fashion whilst using the app.I would say a failure. Need to clearly sign post if the routine is varied from what is described in the app.The representative from the store felt they could not make the needed adjustments and were pleased that I would say something to bring this to management's attention.

The manager’s assistant is the most rudest and argumentative person and their layby/customer service people aren’t that great either. You will find that the customer is always right value does not apply at this store and they belittle you. I worked for big w 20 yrs ago and i can say that their value for customers has dropped and its disgusting.

Staff can be helpful however the store has been over crowded with pallets on the floor and loose stock in places it shouldn't be so for anyone with social anxiety would not recommend going

It's BIG and ALOT more variety than most. It's worth the 30 mins on Kwinana Freeway to come here if I have heaps to buy.

Went looking for something I heard about from a 3rd party and found it first try. Good range of products and generally everything is in stock. Just be aware that if buying clothes, not all centimetres are created equal.....best to try on before you buy.
