Live in Sydney, do r a few Parkruns, did my first and some subsequent parkruns in Lismore. What a great course by the Wilson River. Company too was very good (my grandchildren.

On beautiful cool foggy morning the Lismore Park Run is the place to be. The people are very friendly and the course is “undulating”. An excellent work out before breakfast. Thanks heaps to the organisers for a well run event.
