Expect to wait another 20-30 min before taken in and that has been consistent throughout our treatment. When trying to clarify/ ask question Dr comes cross rude and make you feel incompetent and this was not on one occasion. I believe that no question should be inappropriate, we are no Dr, busy with our life and can forget what was explained and like to clarify. I don't doubt Dr are very well experienced and did help us but lucking customer and social skills.Would not recommend this clinic to my friends.

Christine is an amazing endodontist! I had the best experience. I was so nervous but she really put my mind at ease. Paula the nurse is amazing and even covered me with a blanket because I was cold. Very happy with the treatment and will definitely be going back.

I had previously been told that the orthodontist in booragon was the person to see. Unfortunately I wanted convenience and went to someone near me. Not happy with the overall service. When it came to treatment plan, the orthodontist wasn’t being clear and I had to ask him three times. I understand that patient should be involved in decision making, but this was just terrible, no treatment options was provided without me pressing on. I would have brought my kids to him only if he had better bedside manners and better counselling skills for his exorbitant charge.

Came here for my daughter’s orthodontic needs, Dr Lau was brilliant with my daughter. So thank you! And yes, Dr C. Yu, she did such an amazing work with my tooth, works with such precision and patience. Extremely happy and pleased with the outcome & amazing work she’s done. I highly recommend this practice! The staff are very pleasant as well!
