Been coming to Hurstville Aquarium for several years now for all my fish tank needs. Every single time the service here is excellent in every aspect. Every single staff member knows exactly what they are talking about, every person here is experienced and helpful.Prices are very reasonable, their range of products and livestock is great.Highly recommend this shop!

I used to shop here a lot but the service has gotten increasingly bad. I visited a week ago and a young boy served me and I realised I was missing one fish when I got home. Now I have lost all the fish I bought (died a few days apart) and have gotten a white spot infection in the tank killing all of my long time residents. Don’t shop here.

Their staffs and their service was amazing. Helped me get my first nano tank, the soil, plants and everything else. Recommended the best things for my tank and was really honest about not adding Betta immediately.

These guys are amazing. Helped me with a new tank, excellent advice. Not like other pet stores, basically said not selling you any fish till your tank is chemically balanced correctly. Happy little fish are now thriving.

Sorry guys but everytime I listen to your advice my tank ends up in being shut down. Enough is enough. I won't be returning. I understand that you want to make money, but it should not be at the cost of an entire set up.

All the staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient and friendly. Despite the fact that they don't sell any turtles there (P.S. there're not that much stores in NSW that sell turtles cuz live reptile dealer licence is required), the staff are still really knowledgeable and gave tons of good advice. It's fun and informative talking to them cuz the staff are pet lovers themselves too.Can't speak highly enough of this store, always make my visit extremely pleasant. = ]
