Just wanted to leave some positive feedback after a recent experience with Southpoint. After receiving the news that another supplier was out of the stock I required (only advised on the day of delivery), I contacted Southpoint who were able to arrange delivery of the product I required within hours - saving my project from major delays! Thanks heaps for the excellent service and quick turnaround. Will definitely be back!

Booked a small delivery the day before, was told between 8 and 10 am next morning. All good, paid , no receipt provided, order written in an exercise book. Left with some lack of confidence about getting what I ordered.Guess what . No show by 10am , I rang “ have to call you back”Called backWaiting for a truck to come back , we didn’t tell you a time , we were fully booked but tried to help you out when we took the orderStraight to “ do you want a refund”. take it or leave it attitude.Had my number , no call to advise. Took the refund optionVery unprofessional set up here, have used them before but never again

As it says on the Web pages they pride themselves in great customer service and I have had fantastic customer service . Asked for a quote and got it an hr later. Paid for it this morning and delivered at Lunchtime today. . Doesn't get much better than that

Nothing to do with how the business is run. just some of the most ridiculous driving I’ve ever witnessed. This is the third time I’ve seen their truck drivers thinking suburban streets are the autobahn. You might be on a tight schedule..I am sure we are all aware speed kills.

Ordered veggie-mix soil and white pebbles for a small landscaping project. Ordered early in morning, delivered 6 hours later, not 1 hour like a previous review. Also was trying to give instructions where to drop the stuff and receptionists just hung up the phone.Products were decent enough, but....Delivery was a mess, photo shows how driver dropped it on my driveway. All the white pebbles came mixed with black dirt anyhow, had to throw a lot out. Also delivered wrong potting mix. Asked their reception for explanation via polite email, and no reply at all. Called up, they said they'd look at the email, hung up a 2nd time and no subsequent reply.Probably going a different garden shop next time. Consider this before ordering here!
