From being excited about receiving my furniture I feel like just letting my deposit go just because of bad service. I won't shop here again. I'm not looking forward to receiving my furniture anymore.

If I could give a 0 we would!Brought our lounge sales lady was like everything is scheduled for Just before Christmas.Christmas comes no update on delivery! We chase them!!! We call or that person isn’t in they need to speak to you. They don’t call back. We call again this time oh sorry it’s on the ship will be here January 9th. January 9th comes, NO lounge and NO phone call.We call again sorry we will call you back. Again NO phone call we chase again.So now apparently delivery will be FEB.Are you actually kidding? Where is the customer service. You sell products and can’t meet the dates it’s honestly ridiculous! We will never ever buy any product again!

Shocking service ! lied about deliver date just to get the sale, I have a new born baby and the delivery date was expected before her arrival but 6 weeks later still no sofa. We have been sitting on camping chairs. They now keep changing the deliver day, I take a day off work ready for the delivery and it gets cancelled the same day the delivery is booked for. It’s disgusting.. do not order form here as you will be very disappointed

Upon visiting here, we saw this place had a low review rating so we had to write on our positive experience.Me and my partner were browsing for new furniture and was pleasantly greeted by Tommy who not only gave us his attention but his own opinions on various products.The quality of customer service we were given was flawless and couldn't have been better.I would highly recommend this Nick Scali if you need advice and expertise on couches in the future

We were shopping for a new lounge and dining set in between christmas and new year. We have previously had very negative experiences with the branch in Alexandria couple years ago and so were quite negaitve about going back to Nick Scali.As we were browsing in the store with our newborn, we were approached by Tommy who was the manager at this branch. He was attentive and provided great customer service despite it being a busy period and he was short staffed with a few of his team chucking a sickie at the last minute. He was patient and provided us with some recommendations based on what we were looking for. After some haggling and back and forth trying to squeeze Tommy with all the freebies we could, we were happy with the price and products and ended up deciding to buy from him.Tommy informed us that the dining set we wanted was available immediately but the wait time for the lounge that we wanted was 10-12 weeks. As we were not in a rush we asked to have both of them delivered at the same time.10 weeks later the lounge and dining set were delivered. The delivery crew set everything up well and beared with us in terms of changing the configuration of the lounge around a few times for us to make our final decision on placement.We had a great experience shopping at this branch and are very happy with our new furniture.

I purchased a recliner lounge with 2 batteries from Nick Scali. Both batteries cost over $345 each. The first battery died in the first 3 months and had to be replaced under warranty. The second battery died after the warranty period expired and they would not replace it!!! Even knowing they had provided a faulty battery previously. They even recommended I buy the battery from another company because they were too expensive!

The two gentlemen that served me at Moore Park were amazing and extremely helpful, and everything you could hope for as frontline staff representing your company.What is extremely frustrating and irritating is not that BOTH my Dining Table & Tv Unit we’re delivered damaged - it’s that it’s taken over FOUR weeks for a follow up, and it’s still being “processed” (even though your alleged turn around time is 5 business days…). I keep receiving text messages asking for photos of the damage when I’ve emailed them both twice now. I, myself, have had to chase you guys constantly for an update and demanding the products be replaced or refunded at clearance price, and not a single person from your help line is able to give me any credible knowledge as to the status of my compliant/case.If this matter isn’t resolved within the next 5 business days, I’m going dump the Tv Unit & Dining Table out the front of Nick Scali Moore Park, and won’t move it until the situation is rectified. Thanks :)))))

I’d rate 0 star if there is an option, worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. There is no customer service or support, the waiting period for the product is unpredictable, so you have to wait without any complaints, no matter how long it would be. But when it comes to the delivery date, they don’t care if it’s convenient for you, they just want to drop it off and collect the balance. My sales - Shelly, all she can say is you can’t, I can’t, and there is no way to solve any problems. So cold, so annoying, would never ever purchase any pieces from Nick Scali. You can keep ignoring customers feelings and running business in that way and time will tell.

After seeing so many bad reviews, I felt like it was my duty to counteract that with my positive experience.My partner and I went couch shopping at Moore Park Mall and looked at every single couch on display at every store. The one at Nick Scali was actually the first one that we looked at.Throughout the day, we came back in multiple times to do a few trial sitting sessions, and each time the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.Once we made the decision to purchase, I was thrilled to learn that the couch was in stock and could be delivered in 10 days time! Compared to everything else being quoted 4-6 months to deliver, this only solidified that this would be the right choice.There was a slight hiccup with pricing. The couch was on sale, but was originally invoiced up as full price. But it really wasn’t an issue as the staff adjusted it right away and followed through with head office to make sure it was corrected on the back end as well. That’s all I can expect and ask for.The couch was delivered today, exactly the day that was promised and right in the middle of the time window quoted. Delivery guys were thorough and polite.Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Nick Scali Moore Park and would 100% shop there again.
