Today my friend Sarah and I attended the level 1 chocolates and praline's course and it was FABULOUS! Kirsten is an amazing teacher and shared a wealth of knowledge. We learnt loads and left with a beautiful box of hand made chocolates. Thank you for a great day, we enjoyed the class immensely!

Savour School has everything you need. It has a fantastic online shop with all the lastest products needed to make all the amazing recipes featured in their online classes. Their online classes are always up to date with seasonal desserts and all its other wonderful creations. I've been a online member for several years and the instructors and recipes are well presented and easy to follow. I've also bought a mountain of your products from your online shop, everything arrived quickly in perfect condition hassle free. 5 stars Savour School keep the recipes and products coming. Thumbs up.

As a chef I’ve recommended this company to many of my staff. Having found out I had been charged for a years membership during lockdown that auto renewed without notification to my Email, I asked for an extension membership to reimburse some value for a product I had not used. I was told by the accounts team this was impossible and tuff luck refer to terms and conditions (on an evergreen product this felt really unreasonable) it is now in the hands of department of fair trading and ACCC since no one can provide me with the email that said I was to be charged. Such a shame a simple 3 month extension would have been great customer service and kept my referrals coming instead online accounts chose to trash the company reputation in 3 short emails. I’m not sure what “It’s a shame that a company with an evergreen product chooses to take money for nothing and not even come to a compromise of some type of credit. “ part of this did you miss when re reading the correspondence?

Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School is my go to place for learning new skills - in both hands on classes and online classes. I’ve learned so many skills there to expand my baking repertoire. I love that I can purchase all the ingredients and tools I need in the one place.The staff are incredibly helpful. Hope to do more classes soon. Champagne Macarons I made from the online classes.

I did the intro to Chocolate course in September of 2019 and had THE BEST time! Paul and Laura were excellent in their instruction which made the course really fun and enjoyable. The shop staff are also excellent! I frequent Savour and if I have any questions or queries I always get the help that I need when deciding which products to buy. Cannot recommend Savour as both a learning institute or as a retail outlet highly enough.

Kirsten’s demos are so easy to follow, she is so talented! My first attempt at chocolate making so exciting! First time at tempering was amazed that it worked!

I have cancelled the subscription after one year just because I left the industry. They have stopped my monthly auto payment at the following month without any hustle. Very honest and decent school with excellent teacher

As a beginner home cook and beginner pastry chef I want the my dishes to be the best quality that they can be at Savour School you can get just that. First of all their online classes are very entertaining and very professional and informative and to be honest the price that they charge you a year is so amazing I've seen plenty of online classes charging you over $300 dollars for just one online class and Savour Online classes offers you over 300+ classes for just just $99. Secondly before the pandemic I went into the store they had amazing friendly staff especially Tracy and Kirsten (the owner) all the staff had great knowledge of patisserie. Lastly the quality of their products are exceptional all of their products are really professional and high grade. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience that I've had with Savour I'm definitely going to buy all my patisserie needs from here. I recommend Savour School 100 percent.

I would highly recommend Savour School to anyone, whether a hobbiest or professional. I love the online classes they're fantastic! The video instructions are really clear and Kirsten gives so many extra hints and tips throughout each and every one which are really helpful.My orders from the store have been delivered quickly and were well packaged so everything arrives in excellent condition.All in all I've had wonderful interactions every time with the whole team at Savour.
