Overpriced rubbish. Be warned, this is no longer a charity, it's a money maker. Some items more than the price of new.Store manager is so rude and reported to head office.

I’m an experienced Op Shopper & a regular customer at this shop in Bateau Bay. It’s the best Op Shop I’ve ever seen for: friendly staff; kind assistance with furniture pickups; variety of goods & prices. And, all for a worthy cause.Congratulations to all the volunteers who organise & staff this place.

My kids spent there pocket money in there. And got garbage. My daughter bought a cream set that was used and opened which is not acceptable. And the prices are so high your better off buying brand new.

Was yelled at by a nutcase woman working at Save the Children because I walked my donation bag down to the area where you drop the donations off. Walking according to her is not ok! Supposedly you can only drive a car down this area and apparently it’s my fault if I get run over in their driveway. Eye roll, seriously what difference does it make if I’m walking or driving. No thanks for the donation which was a bag with clothes that mostly still had their price tags attached and hadn’t been worn. It costs nothing to be polite. Won’t be donating here again.

Since they reopened they are so over priced! Second hand glasses $3 each when they used to be $1. Considering everything is donated it is appalling. I used to go every two weeks but not anymore. Disappointed.
