Recently Ryan and i recently returned from exclusively hiring the venue for our wedding day, and what a great decision that was.The venue was truly stunning from the well maintained grounds, the friendly owner and staff, the close proximity to the beach and forests surrounding the location, the facilities including the houses, pool and tennis courts made for the time spent at Rancho truly memorable, we hope others get the opportunity to spend time at this one of a kind location.

Beautiful property in an awesome location! Great for a romantic getaway, a week away with the family or some mates or even a wedding! It's nice being off the grid with no phone reception as well. So relaxing!

I stayed at Rancho Relaxo in Dec-20.The good:The place was lovely! would definitely go back. The Bali villa has fridge, bbq, stove, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cutlery. There are 2 showers: one indoor and one outdoor. There's a pool and tennis court in the complex. The Goolawah National Park is 2 min drive. There's NO signal so you'll be fully disconnected - for good and bad (There are a few spots in the property where you can get weak signal)The bad: the road to get to the hotel is horrendous - the worst road I've seen in Australia, tbh. Also, wouldn't recommend getting to the place late at night as it's very dark and there's no reception so getting to the room/villa might be tricky. Wish the hotel had sent better instructions.Bring drinking water and food - there's very little around.

Just spent a terrific week in Frangipani House and the church with extended family. We loved the chilled out vibe and pool and tennis court were given a hiding with extended games of cricket, tennis and Marco Polo. Couple of rounds of golf too. We’ve already recommended it to mates. Customer service from Jeannie at this resort was fantastic. There was a mix up in our holiday reservations and we required to cancel the booking. Jeannie accommodated our request with ease and assured us no cancellation fee would be asked for. I hope to stay at this resort at another time. Many thanks for your refreshing attitude. Liv
