Ordered my curtains 2 November we are in February and still have not been advised when I will receive them

I asked for a block out curtain and a sheer curtain, the consultant recommended a white set that was on sale at the time which we agreed to. This was installed for us to find out that the block out curtains are only partly block out and still let alot of light in. I don't know why we were recommended this when it was not what we asked for. They are terrible.

Poor experience. The product itself is fine however the blinds were not correctly measured. 6-panel blinds dragged on the floor and had to be cut down. Roller blind was not made wide enough and left an 5.5cm gap on one side. The installer was unreliable and repeatedly rescheduled. The eventual installation of the too-narrow roller blind was rough - the installer actually bent the bracket right out so the roller would fit. Emails to the customer care team went unanswered. I will never use Kresta again.

It has taken a year and and us constantly chasing them to get our blinds installed. They have stated on almost every call we have made to them over this time they'd call back with the result and we don't hear from them until we call back again and have to ask the same questions of someone else who never gets back to us. 5 months after install our blinds don't work and we have to pay a call out fee for them to get fixed despite the blinds still being under warranty.You'd be better going to tafe, learning how to build, install blinds and doing it yourself as it would be quicker, cheaper and less work.

We paid 6 months ago, they made error with material now we are just waiting for them to return, they don’t care because we paid

Very poor quality and unresponsible customer service. I use Kresta for my first apartment and it was great. However, when I use it for my second apartment the quality was terrible. The railing got stuck so easily and the stick that function to drag the curtain scratch the ceiling so easily making marks. Also, I believe that the person that drills the ceiling made mistakes by drilling the hole in the wrong place. Honestly, with the price increase this just feels like a rip-off brand. Made the complain almost a year ago but not a single reply from them.

My experience with Kresta has been outstanding from start to finish. The staff - Kit & Paul have been excellent. I could not have asked for better customer service.We were told at the onset that there would be a 10 week wait . Kresta kept us informed of our order process all the way.The blinds were delivered and installed on time and look amazing.I would highly recommend them.

We have renovated a couple of properties and have had the pleasure of working with Olga who is very knowledgeable with all of the current window furnishing trends.Olga considers each room's function and provides individual options to suit the room.I have recommended Kresta to several friends and they are all pleased with the service, product and pricing.

That was one of the best experiences I’ve faced with ever. Originally I was a bit hesitant working with them due to so many negative feedbacks but I decided not to be unconsciously biased and visited there show room. From the first moment, I met a friendly consultant who answered all various questions I had and helped with making a right decision. At the second step, we had one of their stuff members to visit us and perform measurements. I was given with the quote the next day with well provided discount. After making a deposit payment, I had to wait for blinds to be manufactured which supposed to take 4-8 weeks. At that moment, I still had some suspicious and thought that maybe I will wait forever. Though, I was positively surprised when I received a call of their completion after 4 weeks. Installation happened 3 days after and installer came on time and made everything perfect. He has installed all motorized blinds we ordered very quickly and explained how remote control should work and how often charging should be done, etc. Later when I looked more precise I’ve checked every single mount and everything looked nice and firmly fitted. Besides that, measurements which we done earlier were a top notch as I don’t see any unnecessary gaps between mounting points and walls.I would really encourage anyone who need blinds to try those folks as so far I have only positive to say. Try ignore unconscious bias which you might fee from bunch of negative feedbacks.

Needed some roller blinds and shutters and decided to try a big name rather than one of the small businesses , so glad I did. Because the last one I used when bankrupted when I try to claim warranty.Kit was great from the initial measure and quote, he made sure he got all the particulars I wanted in my order. Kit was super helpful in the even after the deposit always quick and responsive but after reading their reviews I got worried but Kit assured me it’s 0.001% of the orders they do and promised he will follow up if there happen to have any problems. Frank and his helper were amazing when it came to the install.The whole process was easy, the boys were very respectful of my home while they were working and cleaned up all the mess they made during the install.The product as well is great quality, very happy with the finished product, not to mention value for money considering they were the one of cheapest quotes we got for the job. Would definitely be back to Kresta Blinds if I ever need windows furnishings again.
