I recently attended a Buteyko breathing workshop with Jean. She is a patient and experienced teacher and made the techniques simple for all of the attendees to follow. So many ways to use this in my life to help with sleep, stress etc. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend Jean highly enough!! She is absolutely amazing, the way she makes you and your family feel comfortable, her warm approach, her calmness, her thoroughness to investigate and research the best solution for you, always going above and beyond. On many occasions I have emailed her after hours and never ever expecting a reply back till the next day, but here she is always replying back without a fuss and always giving her best advice!! I would recommend Jean to all my family and friends!!

Jean is a very knowledgeable naturopath. Her herbal mixes work amazingly well. Loved her online breathing course too, it really made difference in regulating my sleep patterns. Highly recommended.

To this day I still feel haunted by your cruelty, unprofessionalism, and deceptive behavior. I regret ever trusting your words. Crossing paths with you taught me that not all health professionals are genuine and compassionate. As a consequence of seeing you, my vulnerabilities and wellness deteriorated and worsened. Am still on the healing journey and glad I can be stronger following this awful experience.UPDATE 24/03/2022It's a shame that you do not remember me and is accusing my review to be spam/fake, when I still remember how my requests for you to be understanding and professional was declined by your actions.You provided unsatisfactory services and it has really negatively affected me to this day.
