Fire Fit Studios Alexandria
I have been to a lot of group training and circuit based gyms (F45, BFT etc). The circuit-type classes here (Revolution) are great as the class size is conducive to having the coach be able to review your form. I really like Fire Fit as they have a weight-training weekly split focusing on different body parts 3 days a week, so you can continue to progress your weights each week. The equipment and studio is clean and modern, and the instructors are really welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend if you are local to the area.

Don't normally write reviews, but this place gets an exception.Great friendly team training studio, for beginners to all levels.Perfect value and mix of cardio, conditioning, strength training, as well as boxing. Classes are available daily - mornings, lunch and evening.The vibe is excellent, and music is loud!George and his team are awesome, welcoming and very friendly.

If group training is more your thing, FireFit Alexandria is the place to be. There are two studios - one boxing and the other for HIIT circuit group training.The Strike/Strike HIIT (boxing) classes are great. I get a really good workout and the trainers are highly motivating, fun and also professional.The facility is cosy with state of the art technology to track your fitness for those who love stats.The team at FireFit are very welcoming so head on over and try them out!

One of the best boutique gym brands out there - providing a good mixing of cardio, weight and even boxing skills classes.The have early morning classes before work - lunchtime sessions - and even after late evening if you cant get to it during the day. Classes seven days a week.There is a very welcoming atmosphere there so you wont feel 'out of place' being the newbie. Everyone works at their own pace (there is no pressure) and they are friendly and supportive of each other.Also the best trainer there is George - ask for him by name!

Great studio the lighting and music defiantly gets you in the mood to train. George, Tracey and all the trainers are great at motivating and helping correct technique. Would recommend all levels of fitness, I started out not even being able to complete 1 round and in a very short amount of time was able to complete the entire session! Essentially getting a personal trainer for the price of a gym membership!

I have trained solo for long time but the method that Fire fit is offering is different and has big results with it. you go through 40-50 minutes high intensity training that you can’t slack off of with big screens on the wall to check your accuracy any time and keep you on track and that will make the change and grow your core endurance and strengthGym set up is amazing and George and trainers are awesome peopleHighly recommendedZac

One of the better gym classes I attended.Structure: I attend the Force" class which is very similar to lifting weights in a gym but within a class. There are screens which you follow with the movements however sometimes they can be incorrectly shown.Atmosphere: Hosted in a dark room to reduce visibility and so you can focus on yourself and not others. Loud upbeat music following the pop trends as most classes do. Instructor was very encouraging

Ok, I’ll admit, at first I just thought ‘oh right, it’s another variation of ‘those’ gyms’. But I really liked that they’ve done a great job of being very intentional with the space (slick, dark, high end), music (banging), vibe (friendly and inclusive) and workouts (keeps things moving). So yes, the format will be familiar if you’ve done most other HIIT-type franchises before, but I feel like this is one of the better ones. (Note: I didn’t get to try the boxing when I was in town, but it looked pretty cool).
