Called twice, phone rang out. Third time got through to pharmacist, rushed call, sounded overwhelmed. Provided information but not as friendly as what I am use to with the owner and other staff I have talked to in the past.

Had terrible experience on return service, I should have read the user reviews before going there. Bought a hair treatment, a package of 5 bottles inside, tried to return as it is not suitable for me, but was rejected with many reasons step by step like should not open the package box, but I just wanted to read the user manual inside the box, didn't open any bottles, last reason they took as a weapon is Australia law, it's the law to not allow to return pharmacy medicine, once you take it out of the pharmacy, it is non-refundable. Ok, but why you didn't tell me that before I paid the money?

On my request my son and his partner popped into the store to purchase Hydralytes. Staff treated him like a thief glaring him down and posting another staff in his aisle to watch him. Seriously! Is that how your store treat POC ?? Or do you treat all walks of like the same ?? What are you teaching our Community? The future Gen ?? I have tried to call you today. No surprise No Answer ! Thank goodness they had the common sense to purchase our necessities at another Chemist ! Disgusted ! Not worth the one star !

Excellent customer service. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. A very special thank to the pharmacist Vy Nguyen for doing my husband’s Covid test done for international travel. It was a busy Sunday and she managed to find time to do vaccinations and Covid tests also with her busy work schedule. She is a great asset to the Cincotta Discount Chemist Indooroopilly. Much appreciate your kindness towards customers.

Came to get my booster vaccination at this chemist and had a pleasant experience with my walk in appointment. Was given my shot by Paul who was very efficient and made it painless. The line up here was around 30mins which I thought was pretty good in comparison to other testing and vaccines experiences.

I attended this chemist today to pick up some medication that I had ordered via their app. I have been doing this for the last 12 months and have received good service. However today when I went to pay for my medication I was told that I hadn’t paid for my previous months medication, that I had left the shop without paying. In front of a line of customers I was made to feel like I was a thief. I frantically search my accounts for my previous payment, but couldn’t find it. I later realised that the payment was under a different name, not Cincotta Chemist. I then rang & spoke to the manager to tell her I could provide proof of payment, and she tells me that they had already found it. When telling her that I was very upset that this had happened, she said she was very sorry that I felt like that. It seemed very dismissive after being made to feel like a thief. I will never use their services again and strongly urge people to go elsewhere.

The pharmacist on duty today was happily vaccinating people with his mask well below his mouth and nose.Staff advised he had been asked numerous times to wear it properly. When it was my turn, the mask was still not covering anything so I asked if he would please wear a mask. He said 'I am' and did I want my shot? I said yes, but would like him to please wear the mask properly. He proceeded to throw my paperwork on the counter and left. I was asked to return tomorrow. I am disgusted.

This has been our local pharmacy for 3 years. Much better customer service vs another chemist (last name Warehouse) in Indooroopilly. They're also happy to price match.
