Fresh nails

The lady I had rushed my nails she left the middle finger on my left hand completely uneven and left the nails too long when I asked for them shorter. She was quite rude and kept complaining when my hand wasn't how she wanted it when she was the one who kept moving it out of the position she wanted 0/10

The customer service is terrible (the owner especially). I was hit on the hand multiple times for flinching when they were drilling into my cuticles. I left with glue all under my nails and down my finger, and polish smeared on my fingers. She filed the base of my finger aggressively after she smeared nail polish down my finger and dried it. My fingers and nails were left in pain after leaving. They change clients multiple times before finishing with you. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I do not recommend it at all.

H O R R I B L E !! DO NOT GO HERE!I just turned 45 and was treated like a child. Was told how to sit properly on my chair, my hand & fingers were slapped if they were not in correct position or close enough or if they were not close enough she would just pull my entire hand closer. She yelled instructions & when I didn't understand I got a huff n puff & an eye roll .. after a barrage I just agreed it was much easier. After it was done I got the cash and threw it at her face & said she didn't deserve it & that I haven't encountered such rudeness in a very long time. I will of course never be returning. I'm pretty sure it was manager/owner. Simply apalling!

I was conpletely mortified by my experience, I have been to this store three times and the own has disgusting behaviour. Threw the nail colours at me and then turnt the functioning of twice on the chair because her staff were taking there time. I will NEVER use this service again and if I could give it a zero I would. Absoluetly appauled.

Very rude reception today. I come here last time and had a really nice girl but this time they were so rude! No eftpos available which is a huge inconvenience.

I was treated extremely rudely by multiple staff members. It also seemed very unhygienic with equipment being used for multiple people without being sanitised between uses. The lady that serves my grandmother was amazing and very caring. However, it was not the same experience for myself. I left feeling like crying!

First time coming here and I am sooooo happy with my nails, I love how the purple matte turned out and the girls were so fast doing my infills. It was well worth the 3 hour trip!!! Will definitely be back xx

Was shown to a chair that did not work. Requested to be moved but wasn't Asked 3 times for nails to be cut shorter but staff member did not appear to understand or or speak english.After 9 days had to cut my own nails as started to dig into skin. Would not recommend as unskilled staff and rude greedy owner.

How awful to witness the boss of this salon speaking to her colleagues and clients with absolute contempt. There is rude and then there is this lady. You offer your clients a sense of anger and do not even bother to acknowledge when they speak to you. I don’t care how busy you are, nothing excuses a bully.
