Good quality, PROPERLY TRIMMED ( where applicable) meat. Reasonable prices, and you get the same beaut, friendly service, whether you're buying a heap of meat or just a few sausages. Keep up the good work, fellas.

We are visiting from Queensland, and googled a local butcher to where we were staying. Definitely not disappointed. Great prices, and great quality meat. We got tbones, saveloys, chicken kabana, and lamb sausages. Everything is so tasty. A shame we live so far away to come back..

Best quality meat. Weightmans is a proper old fashioned butcher. They make their own sausages, cure their own bacon. Special requests are no problem. The customer service is great. See below: frenched lamb cutlets done to a Neil Perry recipe, crumbed with parmesan and panko crumbs.

Recently relocated to Ballarat from Melbourne I've tried the rest and now found the best.Good old fashioned butcher with great service and quality.Wouldn't buy meats anywhere else now.A hidden gem that proves that you get what you pay for.
