Had booked a telehealth consultation to request a letter which is necessary to obtain a CGM for overnight monitoring for a patient who is suffering severe insomnia. Dr Ktenas just completely dismissed the request and said to go elsewhere, saying 'Well he's not diabetic so i won't do this..blah blah'. This is utterly rude and I find it disgusting that doctors like this have no interest in helping people. This clinic gives less than basic mediocre care. Why is it so hard to find a GP that has a genuine regard for health rather than just ticking boxes??

First appointment waited 45 mins. Second appointment told to come 40 mins early 1h 30 m before appointment due. Needless to say was made to wait well passed the new appointment. I left.

Today is 13/7/2021 and they still display a sign saying travelled from Wuhan". This sign not only show the ignorance of the staff or management

Reception staff here will do everything they can to ignore you and make you feel unwanted. Not welcoming..they purposely don't look up at you...its a shame because some of the drs are really good there.I've been going for many years and it only seems to be getting worse

Very busy, but very good medical centre in Botany. It’s right across the road from Chemist Warehouse (convenient for prescriptions).It’s very well-maintained and the doctor I saw was pretty good. Booking online beforehand might be a good idea, but definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Very disgusted in the service provided my Dr. Ktenas. His bedside manner, skill set and communication is disrespectful and is not a good diagnostician at all. Hi room was a mess and instead of looking deeper into the cause he is just a band-aid supplier at the end of the day.

What the actual!!! Booked a Telehealth consult for 1.10pm today - after waiting all day Dr Vyas called me at 6.04pm and left a one line voicemail. I called back at 6.05pm and got the after hours message. Complete scam of a medical centre.Update - waited 55min on hold to speak to Dr Ktenas today for a simple vaccine script. He said he couldn’t transfer me back to reception to book the nurse in and literally hung up on me! UNETHICAL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've been trying to call for more than half an hour today, it just kept ringing, and the girl at the front desk, she said her name is Monica was not picking up at all, my daughter was in the clinic and could see that Monica was on the computer and not picking up the phone, when she finally picked up, I told her that my daughter has been waiting there for a long time, and only to find out that the front desk girl has changed my daughter 's appointment into a phone appointment, so I asked her to change it back into a face to face appointment, because my daughter needs to get a referral, Monica told me that she'll ask the doctor then put me on hold, and after 15 minutes I just hung up the phone in frustration.The Doctor called me later on, and wasn't sure if it was for me or my daughter, and I explained to the Doctor everything (I won't name the doctor, she's lovely and the best), and the Doctor didn't even know that my daughter was at the reception area and has been waiting for an hour or more.

Booked a telehealth appointment last Friday (23/06/2023) to get a medical certificate. Contacted the clinic 3 times, each on a 1 hour interval past the scheduled time to remind them that I am waiting for the doctor to call me. I never received a call that day.I was advised to just re-book another appointment. So I re-booked a telehealth appointment for Monday (26/06/2023). An hour went by past the scheduled time and yet again I called the clinic to remind them I am waiting for a call. To which they said the Doctor was running behind. I never received a call that day either.I am still in need of the medical certificate and am now hoping to receive a prescription for antibiotics as my sickness has persisted for over a week.The next available slot for any doctor is at a time and day that is no longer suitable for me due to work. Now I am left dealing with my sickness without prescribed meds and without a medical certificate which I need for work.
