We had an unexpected and unplanned visit to Tait Toyota's service department due to a Pre Collision System safety fault while on a road trip from Brisbane to Adelaide. Dallas was very helpful and accommodating and got us back on the road.

Just bought a new CHR for my wife off Tait Toyota Moree. Fantastic service from David and his crew. Had extras put on the car and everything was done correctly. This is the second vehicle (first was a Toyota Sahara) bought through this company and both times service, willingness to change things at the last minute and efficiency of staff is second to none. Well done Tait Toyota - I have recommended you to a number of colleagues who are currently looking to upgrade their vehicles.

Where do I start! From the first phone call to when we sealed the deal Richard the salesman went above and beyond...i don't think he has ever been hit with so many txt message and phone calls in his life... answered every single one and more took photos videos for us and just excelled at his customer service. He was 200% honest in everything he said and showed. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard

Great service from Michael when buying a second hand Mahindra Pikup. He even drove it to Moree for me so I could catch a bus from Newcastle to pick it up.

After buying a car and waiting hours to be able to pick it up as told it was being detailed and minor repairs done only to find nether was done. After not 1 but several returns for repairs to be done as they were just glued up and had to be done properly. I gave up going back to get the front bumper repainted/repaired again after they fixed the bullbar on crooked and rubbed the new one as I had had a twoway radio fitted and antenna and have no confidence that these would not lead to more repairs being needed. Now just got new battery and getting new tyres ASAP.There mechanics are a joke. Totally ruined my buying an upgraded car experience 1994 to 2014.

I had an unexpected problem with my Toyota whilst passing Through Moree.I have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever hadAs I was a long distance from home.The staff were very understanding.They got my car in and problem sorted very quickly.All the staff were friendly, very polite, very professional,.The team work was great to seeProfessionalism was outstanding!It was a very hot day and one of the lovely staff offered myself an ice-block. This was much appreciated.I will return when I am updating my vehicle even though I live a fair distance away.That level of service and professionalism is rare these days.The knowledge of the person who assessed my car was just awesome. He knows his Toyota'sA big thank you to everyone for getting my car back on the road really quick.

Very poor parts service, i ordered Toyota parts 4 weeks ago, face to face, said yep I’ll order today, 4 weeks later i rang n was told by service( parts wouldn’t take my call) that no parts have been ordered, never will deal with Moree Taits again

I have brought 3 new cars from Tait auto group in the past 2 years. A Ford Wildtrak, Toyota hatch and my latest a Nissan Patrol. Customer service is why I keep going back.All staff at both Moree and Goondiwindi are great to deal with, Thanks Kendall, David, Lisa and Richard.
