I was the landlord of Mira Collective. Helped Jayne like I’ve never helped a tenant before. I painted the shop for her arranged electrical works for her. Just trying to help a young person in business. Lease papers weren’t ready yet but I invited her to go in and have some free rent and take advantage of Valentine’s Day, until the paperwork was done. She had signed an offer of lease document but once I mentioned how messy her presentation of the shop was she decided to leave. Complaints were coming from customers and a hairdresser who sub letted with her how messy she was. She had flower cuttings just thrown on the ground and would eat lunch out in the shop in front of people . Not in the staff room. She owed me over 2500 dollars and didn’t pay. She said she would pay and would be leaving on a certain date but tried to sneak her equipment out without paying. I happen to catch her trying to take out her equipment. I mentioned to pay the money and then you can take your equipment out. She replied I will take my equipment out and then I’ll pay you the money. Mmmm! Well she never paid. It has taught me a lesson not to be so kind and I want everyone who wants to do business with this person to beware.!!!!
