Amazing friendly service! They have An eye for detail and very happy with the finished result. Got eyebrow threading with minimal pain and lash tint from Pranisha and she nailed It! Will definitely be back.

I used to come here all the time, and it was good. However, twice I’ve been this year and both times they have made my eyebrows uneven. I wasn’t going to go back after the first time, but the location is so convenient for me. I think now I’ll have to go out of my way as it’s really annoying and I don’t know if my eyebrows will grow back to be the same as they were.

Really disappointed in my brow threading today, normally the job has been good but today the lady did my eyebrows so thinly I burst into tears afterwards because I have nice thick brows and now half of them are gone. There are also hairs left all around and it's very messily done. She also did not brush the hairs off my face or put gel on me instead left the hairs all over my face and passed me a cotton bud after I had to ask for gel. She complained the whole way through about how tired she was and clearly did not want to be there. Really poor quality.

Poor customer experience with one beautician in the shop catering to three or four walk ins waiting with the result of a rushed job on my brows and a thick single layer on hot wax on each side of my upper lip which hurt like hell when it came off and stung for half an hour after. Will not be returning.

Service was rude didn’t even trim my eyebrows. One eyebrow thinner than the other. After treatment I said I wasn’t happy and she blamed it on my eyebrow shape. I have super thick eyebrows now I look like I’m back in the 00s will never go back.

Today, the beautician attending to me was clearly sick - and sniffling over my face. I have an autoimmune disease and don’t wish to get sick, and a family member is heavily pregnant and giving birth any day- I don’t want to get her sick either.It would be great if employees didn’t work while sick especially as they work so closely to our faces. I’m upset from this experience.
