HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE RESULT!!!I was told my parcel was being delivered 07.01.19 it is now 18.01.19 no parcel has been delivered, I've had to escalate this multiple times with them and AusPost. I have called AusPost every business day since 07.01.19, currently on hold to AusPost to try to resolve this matter as this team at Netley are not doing their job! I can not believe the stress caused by such a simple job! I do not encourage bad reviews for local business but I am out of patience. Being told no one knows where it is. Thank for the headache Netley you guys need to work on your core business service to do your job effectively as a big part of Australia relies on you, you have let me down beyond measure. Just got told by AusPost that Netley still can not locate this and it may have been sent back to China, are you joking!?Wow how stupid this is I can not believe. Dissapointing.
