Melba vet is amazing! A few months back I took my 14 yr old dog who was in bad shape and needed a shave and teeth removed under anaesthetic. Dr Jasmine is so caring and honestly saved her life. Today I took in my 5 yr old cat with 3 legs for an emergency visit. He was in a lot of pain with a terrible UTI. The team understood the urgency after I called several vets who had seen Kenny in the past and was refused an appointment due to being fully booked. Although the Melba vet team were very very busy today, they fit Kenny in between appointments and kept me posted throughout the day as they could tell the urgency of his condition. In the past my pets have come home very frightened from other vets but after these visits, you can tell they got lots of loving and care. A massive thank you to each and every one of the team. I will only be going to this vet for my fur babies in future.

From when our beautiful Jaffa was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen during a routine checkup, to when we admitted him for subsequent surgery, Dr Jasmine has been nothing but fantastic. She was empathetic, professional, kind, and honest with the diagnosis/prognosis. Sadly Jaffa couldn't be saved, so it was our decision to have him euthanased in lieu of surgery today. Thank you all involved ❤️

Genuine, empathetic and friendly owners. I was so worried about my new puppy and Dr Jasmine and Dr Henry were nothing but reassuring. Top notch diagnostic acumen. The clinic is aesthetically lovely, welcoming and clean to boot. I will not be taking little Starshine anywhere else

Very very good. Taking new patients too. I was seen straight away, my dog was able to go in side yard as she is anti social. Reasonable prices for teeth extraction. Thankyou for your great service.

Cannot rate Dr Jasmine and the team at Melba Vet Clinic highly enough. In a rough situation with our very old man you were all so caring and compassionate. You made sure we had the best care possible and explored all avenues with the right balance between our heart and heads. Thank you.

Very positive experience. Not our regular vet but they kindly fitted my dog in at short notice. Staff couldn't be nicer. Seen in a very timely manner, no waiting lines like other larger clinic. Vet was amazingly helpful and informative. Well priced.I'll be transferring the care of my other dogs to Melba Vet Clinic based on this experience. 10/10, highly recommend.

As eager (ie neurotic) first time puppy owner, it’s possible I represent a vet’s worst nightmare.Also, I brought 5 humans to the appt, knowing Dr Jasmine would likely need to talk about a life-limiting diagnosis for our much loved pet.Dr Jasmine took this all in her stride, and was kind, compassionate, competent and clear in her communication. Highly recommend based on my experience so far.

Just great to take ur pet to, Jasmine is awesome & their communication is also just fab. Pets aren't cheap to keep alive sometimes but we got looked after quite quickly & our cat is all the better thanks to these guys & gals.
