Excellent dentist and service in general. All staff were friendly and really welcoming, which I found very helpful as going to the dentist isn’t always pleasant! Price was also very reasonable, particularly with the introductory offer. Highly recommended

i had 2 teeth that had become infected and rang the practice to make an appointment. However, as they were heavily booked there was going to be some delay. After explaining my situation to Grace (receptionist), some phone calls were made to other clients and i was able to be squeezed in later that afternoon. ( ... thanks Grace )Both Grace and Ben (Dentist) were very pleasant and easy to deal with and were non judgemental when i told them i had not been to a practice in over 4 decades. They explained everything to me clearly and did the job with a minimum of fuss ... i was seen to promptly and i spent about 1 hour there having the 2 teeth extracted and also an x-ray.Great textbook service and care, it looks like i have found me a dentist i can place my confidence and trust in without worry.I am 57 years old . Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

I've always hated going to dentists. Went to this clinic for my x-rays prior to getting braces and the staff made me feel at ease and welcome; offered tea and idle conversation. Dr. Casella explained everything he was doing and how it worked which kept me very much at ease and made the whole process smooth and panic-free. Thank you!

I called Burgundy Street Dental yesterday afternoon with an emergency as I had broken a large chunk off one of my teeth. Grace the receptionist was incredibly helpful and comforting and did all she could to fit me in. Dr Susma repaired my tooth and also, at my request, was able to do a check up and clean, and also repaired two other failing fillings she discovered on the check up. Her knowledge, skill and bedside manner is impeccable. I'm so grateful to Dr Susma and her team. I highly, highly recommend her practice.

Truly fantastic dental clinic. I visited them to get a second opinion after an unpleasant experience with another dentist. Dr Susma Pawar was amazing! She patiently addressed all my concerns and explained every step of the procedure. I could not recommend this practice enough. Thank you to Dr Pawat and assistant and lovely Grace in reception.

I cannot recommend this amazing clinic enough…..I dislike going to the dentist immensely & every time I go I am so thankful that I chose Burgundy Street Dental….Dr Susma is incredible she has a calming manner is honest,informative & kind.She has educated me in looking after my dental hygiene & always reassures me all is ok.Grace on reception is like a breathe of fresh air always with a smile & calls the next day to see if all is ok.Highly recommend xx

I had my second visit this year with Dr Ben today and again, was so blown away by the level of patient care provided by both Ben and the staff at the clinic. Ben is gentle and kind and very thorough and keeps you informed of all that he is doing and what he is seeing during the check-up.Winnie his dental assistant was also very friendly and attentive and the super lovely Tahlu on reception was a pleasure to deal with.I used to loathe going to the dentist, literally racking up years in between visits, but now that I have found such empathic Dentists in Dr Susma and Dr Ben, I find I'm quite happy to go in and get work done.Thank you again for creating such a pleasant environment Dr Susma and team. :)

Sushma and the team are fantastic! Their care, knowledge and compassion is second to none. Like most people, I dread the thought of going to the dentist but these guys are amazing at making me feel safe and comfortable whilst I’m there. Even once I’ve left, the follow up care and checking in ensures I know this team takes a pride in their work. Great job!
