Dear Debbie Black, I cannot find any recollection of having you trying to contact me at all on my system, at any given dates, so I would suggest that you please find the company that you did contact because I am a sole trader. I have only found out about this complaint because a satisfied customer could not work out why this complaint was made at all.

Peter takes care of our properties soonest possible each time, even the ones that are further on Brissy borderline. It's such a big difference to a lot of tradies on the coast who can't seem to get their act together to come along in a timely manner, even for a quote which is generally pick anytime any day!...We have used Peter's services for a few years for gas, hot water, urgent repairs, big and small renos. He's always good to deal with, have fair rates and honour any warranty.
