Be very wary of this mob.They are dishonest and will screw you. Please get other quotes from other car repair companies. Don't trust them.Nice up front, but dark underneath. Poor reputation. Ask the locals before you buy any of their services

Went in to look at a Suzuki Jimny, they had one available in spec we wanted when asked drive away price, came back at $6k more than retail price. When queried, was told that was expected price next month and that was sell price from them. We were cash buyers made no difference.Scammers gouging prices, wouldn't trust them a minute. Just dodgy. Walked away and purchased elsewhere for the current price.

Don’t get your car serviced here as will result in scratches over the entire vehicle that they will quote on saying “there is no proof that was us” - This issue has been fully resolved with Mishibishi Ballina

No wonder they call it a ‘Stealership’. I got the call to ask did I want the clogged pollen filter ($149) replaced after only 15,000km. I hadn’t driven on any dusty roads, so I had reservations and said no. When I got home I checked the filter and it’s like brand new and not at all clogged. Never going back to Quayside.

Totally loved the service and I totally love my new car.Jake, one of the sales reps, met me at Lismore quayside and we finished the process at Ballina quayside with a Hyundai Staria..Such a professional young man, I didn’t feel hassled or pushed.Completely relatable and I really appreciate this kind of human being.Rare in sales. So grateful.. I’ll recommend him/them to anyone.

Avoid the headache. These guys sold me a faulty car. I reported smoke coming out of the motor after a year or so after purchase. They didn’t show any interest in trying to help my situation. After months of trying to get the issue fixed and them admitting it was a recall with a bad motor. I was offered a swap. When I tried to get in contact about swapping the car I got no answer to calls or emails. I moved to another Hyundai dealership who are much more professional. A terrible team who have no care for customer service or their safety.

Simone has been an absolute gem to deal with from the very start of purchasing my car. Outstanding customer service & very professional yet also down to earth, couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with when discussing concerns. Was all good buying the car. Then I got the car, it was not detailed at all, and waited 3 months for mats , service book and spare key.No advice on how to use the key and was told it only unlocks the car.No follow up phone call ,nothing.I called another DEALERSHIP who walked me through how the key starts the car.With no owners manual I had to take their word for it and they are stating they will not replace my manual and that I have to download it!I asked a question at the spare parts desk and got an eye roll and a swear word when his back was turned. Also when you have a question about a service you are made to feel like you are an inconvenience and that they have other things to do, and rush you out the door!I am so very disappointed in their service.I went local because of the floods hoping to keep the money local but after my conversation with the tweed dealership I’m sorry I did.They had actually knowledge of how the car works and a professionalism I did not receive.I do acknowledge that things got lost in the flood but they should be replaced when you sell a $30500 vehicle to someone!! the man that helped today ( didn’t sell the car to me) was very helpful but in his own words” he doesn’t know much about these cars as he sells another brand.PLEASE REPLACE MY OWNERS MANUAL.it’s an important part of the car.
