I should have walked away and trusted my gut instinct when Aaron—the proprietor of this workshop—ORDERED me to go into the office so that he could privately speak to his crew! As if I was his employee! (Even Employees deserve more respect! )I didn’t listen to my Gut and so, I suffered the consequences….All because I was already there and didn’t want the inconvenience of finding another mechanic and waiting another two weeks.There is a ransom notice on their invoice of $25 storage fee a day if you disagree with what has transpired.The fact that this appears on their invoice speaks volumes….(From here on—I am writing a response to the businesses response)No, he was NOT asking me to leave the workshop for safety and insurance purposes! I was standing outside the work shop! He was in a bad mood and didn’t want me hearing what he was about to say to his employees!In fact—I was allowed to go into the workshop and have a good look around on quite a few other occasions.Aaron displays narcissistic characteristics and is not a reasonable person. He is ALWAYS right and that’s that! (Feel sorry for his employees)He will agree to something and then when he has your car in “custody” he will then dishonour the agreement without discussion and then threaten the $25 ransom fee (per day compounding) if you don’t agree —so you are over a barrel legally and he knows it!Read through all of the negative reviews and you will see that not once has he admitted fault—he ALWAYS justifies his actions. Therefore, he portrays himself as a perfect person and no-one is perfect and therefore he is lying.Simple deductive reasoning 101.I’m not saying he isn’t intelligent intellectually, he is quite cunning! But he lacks empathy and other emotional intelligence that would define him as a REAL man that one would want to engage in ANY type of relationship.

I can't recommend the team at ASG enough, professional and honest are the first two words that come to mind. Communication was amazing from the beginning and they were able to diagnose issues that the previous factory car dealership had missed. Will bring also my wife's car back going forward as they really did an amazing job!

Do not use asg motorsports I took my ute there to re seal the engine and its come back to me with a broken front grill melted vacuum like off the wastegate cause it was touching the dumb pipe and much more problems ! Do not use trust asg to work on your pride and joy!!

Expensive for a basic service Ford Kuga 2012 2.5l. Quoted $250 for a logbook service on the phone and ended up costing $346.00 with a 10% marina discount. So total would have been $384.00. Overcharged Penrite Oil at $17.50 per litre, $101.50 for 5.8l. Ryco cabin filter was $79.50 (found everywhere else for $40). Oil filter was $63.50 ($54 max elsewhere). Labour $120, consumables $20.Excessive price gouging on parts.
