Very friendly and helpful service from all staff. Well organized at the main desk - and extremely clean, spacious and safe-looking workplace behind the office. The quality work on my vehicle was completed on schedule, and the hire care was provided at a reasonable rate. Ticks all the boxes. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Absolute disaster!!! Had my car there after hitting a kangaroo, bent bonnet and front quarter, broken grill front spoiler and light.Had to return the car 3 times and is still not fix.Half painted panels over dust, bubbling and over painted, dripping paint. Misaligned panels, bent bonnet...Very poor service, they advise the car is ready to pickup, when I turned up it was missing a light. They advised the second time the car is ready they actually let me out of the shop without connecting the headlight, I drove 15km until I had to turn left when the car displayed an error as the left indicator/headlight was not connected. Apparently I was supposed to drive it back to the shop so they connect the headlight!?!?They advised me the third time the car is ready, the headlights have not been adjusted, one is lightning up the treetops the other is in the bushes...Disaster!!!

Poor communication. The lady at reception obviously hates her job. She’s abrupt and unwilling to help and give finish dates. My vehicle has now been gone for over 2 weeks for minor repairs! Will never use them again. Stay away.

Very disappointing experience with Stud Park Panels my car was with them for over a month for minor repairs. After being told to pick up the car I was called back and questioned on mechanical defects that had not been fix, these were reported to them when the car was dropped off. After finally getting the car back on a Friday I noticed my battery had been damaged. I called them back on the following Monday after having the battery tested elsewhere confirming a bad cell. I was told the car sits around and goes flat not their fault. The report says the battery was charged and tested, I questioned this and was told That doesn't mean it's faulty or not faulty just that it's been charged and tested

Fantastic customer service for an insurance repair to my front bumper. They finished up quicker than expected and gave my car a much needed detail! Thanks so much Stud Park Panels!!

I know times are tough and parts are hard to come by but they didn't contact me when they said they would and delayed delivery twice without contacting me. Other than that they did a great job fixing my car. Can't wait for it to be finished once the last couple of parts come in. Hopefully.

I have a car fixed 15/7/19, both my left passenger side doors on the got scratched and dented, the quarter panel torn. They fixed in 5 days as promised. They even painted some of the parts of the car that was not part of the repair. I really appreciate great honest service. They have done over and beyond the expected repair. To David and Shery, and the rest of the Stud Park Panels crew. Thank you and well done. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

Our car was sent here to be fixed by the insurance company, they didn’t start working on the car for 3 weeks and “apparently” it will be finished tomorrow 8 weeks later but we still haven’t been notified. If you can’t maintain the basics in communication or management then you have no luck to stay afloat.

Had my CV8 Monaro Butchered by these guys. Absolutely disgraceful outcome.There was Overspray on the grille, terrible blend job on guard with a hand size patch of deep orange peel effect.Chip in engine bay where they clearly used a screwdriver to lever off clips, didn't even bother blending the bonnet so it is a complete different colour to the bumper bar. Bumper bar doesn't even line up with the guard. (This is difficult to get right) But it doesn't look acceptable at all.The bonnet has been adjusted and now is hard up against the headlight. They put the old damaged lower grill back on even after directing them to repair it as a new one could not be found.Zoom in on picture 4 and see how it was finnished on both sides of the car.The black on the grille is very patchy.The Holden badge has been stuck onto the grille with selastic and isn't even on straight, also has selastic on the face of the badge.I don't know what went on there but this whole job is unacceptable.All they had to do was replace the front Bar.My insurance company has agreed to let me take it elsewhere just from looking at the photos it's that bad.I spoke to them about my concerns and they didn't even apologise.Do not take your car to this panel shop.

Disappointed they had my car for 3 weeks for change the back pumper very rude staff and uncared with finishing and outcome, they break my car underneath Honda sign and said to me nothing we can do just put it in complain if you want lady on reception hung up phone most of time very rude and poor customer serviceVery bad experience
