I love you guys but sorry to say You are terrible...Many years ago I worked for Nursewest and I couldn't fault you. You actually opened doors and were the only number 1 agency that actually gave me a fair chance.Paul Mcelery was MY Angel sent by God himself.Your recruitment process is so long and drawn-out, you actually take longer than government hospitals to complete your recruitment process.I was automatically deactivated from Shiftmatch stating my WWC has expired although I sent through my new WWC 6 weeks prior. Your emails sent to us regarding online learning are so rude and most of the time wrong because your system failed to automatically update the completed courses. No apologies extend after sending such a rude reminder. We are ALL professionals and should know how to communicate.Yes,working for Nursewest we are always given first preference regarding shifts but NOTHING else is good about working for you any more and I say this with great sadness.If I wasn't as desperate as I am for work I would not choose to work for you as a professional nurseYou CAN do better than this Nursewest.

Great agency - helpfull staff

Nursewest is a very supportive employer with a wide range of employment opportunitys in metropolitan and rural health.I have worked with them for a few years now and I find the call centre staff are friendly polite and listen to your requests and issues.The call centre staff are very important they may be our only contact on a daily basis as health workers.

typical government facility. it took them a year to do what could be processed within a week by private agencies

Taking a year to process my application while I already got a new job in SJOG and HCA. HCA only takes 2 weeks. It just doesn't make any sense that government agency not spending any effort on recruitment then crying not having enough nurses in the COVID situation.
