I've been with Tursa a very short amount of time during a brief period of unemployment.I've had two Jobs Advisors whilst I was with Tursa Helensvale.Cameron who was an excellent staff member, who was supportive, helped me connect with business and was the first JA I could genuinely talk to without feeling alienated.However my caseload was pushed to a JA named Tara, who is rude obnoxious and doesn't respect clients at all. Due to her incompetence and attitude I cancelled my Income support payments because I've never hated a customer experience more in my life (And I work for 3 government departments)#BringBackTheCaminator

I saw them at the gold coast disability expo on the weekend and it prompted me to write this.Just wanted to thank the team at Tursa for helping Melissa find a future and has been working for the last 2 1/2 years now. Think it was Jason that treated her with respect and kindness that helped.
