Would give 0 stars if I could. I was sent faulty items, one of the faults was that the tag had come off the shirt and it had threads loose everywhere. I emailed the company and this was the response. “ I don't believe that you will have any issues with the tshirt where the tag has come undone. Unfortunately this just happens sometimes. I often remove the tags to make it more comfortable to wear.”Definitely not what I expect when buying a brand new t-shirt which was not cheap either I may add.Even though I was returning faulty items I still had to pay the return postage fee and was also not given a refund only offered a credit which is against ACCC policy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered 8 Christmas poisetta clips for my tree this year and absolutely LOVE them!! My order was dispatched quickly and arrived within a week. Thankyou

I can highly recommend Frankie and Coco Lifestyle. Their products are unique and top quality, their customer service is exceptional and world's best practice. My package arrived much quicker than I anticipated and was packed in such a way that my very fragile order arrived in pristine condition. I sent an email to advise my parcel had arrived and received the most gracious and eloquent reply. This company is truly First Class!

I have had a terrible experience at this store. Absolutely zero customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone purely based on how terrible the customer service was, especially from the manager/owner. DO NOT GO HERE

Delivery took forever and the garment was darker than the image on line and fitted like a potato bag, I send it back to never hear from them again just lost $150. Needless to say I’m not going back.

Super disappointed, my wife was sent the wrong item. They wouldn’t send the correct item until we had returned wrong item even though it was no fault of our own. They won’t respond to emails and incorrect item has now been sent back to seller and still no response. Won’t be buying from this place again.

Do not go here! Purchased an item online and went to pick it up 2 days later. After travelling an hour to get there I was told that the item had ‘accidentally’ been sold. I was charged for the item when making the purchase so I was obviously upset when I found out it was then sold to someone else. They had 2 days where they could have at least advised me about this mistake, but clearly customer service is not their priority. All that was offered to me was a refund, which the rude women told me they were able to do instead! Of course I wanted to be refunded! Poor performance all round by this over priced shop with zero customer service
