This place is truly fabulous!The breathtaking views are matched by the brilliant craftmanship throughout the apartment and the warm welcome of the hosts Ed and Vickie.The apartment is truly stunning and even more impressive when you find out that Ed built it - there is amazing attention to detail everywhere.It's a great place to unwind in nature and we even got to watch boxing kangaroos first thing in the morning!We couldn't recommend it highly enough.Paul & Carly

The magical BullerRoo is a modern, clean and relaxing place that I highly recommend.I've travelled a lot, stayed in many AirBnBs, and BullerRoo is undoubtedly one of my favourites.The owners did a fantastic job on the design; they thought out every little detail. The place offered everything we could have wanted from a well-equipped kitchen, lush beds, chic bathroom, crackling fireplace, a roof terrace and much more! The surrounding land is peaceful and offers mesmerising views from all directions.We spent our mornings playing with the adorable goats, and during the day, we explored Mansfield and Barwite plus the surrounding areas. In the evenings, we had drinks on the rooftop before eating dinner on the large dining table.Vickie and Ed are welcoming, helpful and interesting people who made our stay extra special.We came away feeling relaxed and recharged. Can't wait to stay there again.

What a wonderful find! BullerRoo is a truly 5 star luxury experience, set in the most stunning landscape. The French fireplace is so cosy, looking out across the valley - watching Kangaroos, cockatoos and the farm goats! The apartment is immaculately designed with every detail thought through. We enjoyed the prosecco and cheese platter on arrival much more than a hotel room service. This is an experience not to be missed!

Quite simply the best place we have ever stayed.. the place is so impressive and the view is breath taking. BullerRoo needs 6 stars!So grateful we got to stay here and will always look back on the trip fondly.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Bullerroo. Our 4 year old loved feeding the goats and exploring the farm.Vicky and Ed were warm and welcoming and I would gladly be back any time.

Bulleroo is such a beautiful place, words and photo's aren't enough! We felt at home and on holiday all at once! It is the whole package and exactly what we needed and more. Vickie and Ed have created such a wonderful place for others to enjoy, they are passionate, so kind and friendly, our whole family had such a fun experience (our daughter asked Santa for a pygmy goat!). The area has so much to offer too. We can't wait to rebook. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas Vickie, Ed and family and thanks again!
