DaiAuto Parts

I have three Daihatsu Terioses and have found them to be generally very helpful, with good accessibility to parts, and I find they will go out of their way to acquire a part I need if they don't have it. I have found their communication to be very good, I speak from experience as a qualified motor mechanic.

I love my Daihatsu and always had difficulty and frustration sourcing parts and service until I came across DaiAuto through an internet purchase - at last I found people who know the cars and have the parts at a fair price.Always good service until recently when I received the wrong part, actually my fault for not describing the part correctly, but anyway they replaced it straight away with the correct one.I have been buying parts from DaiAuto for several years and suggest them as the first place to start looking for Daihatsu parts.

I bought a Sirion from Dai Auto with 10,000 kms on the dial. It is now up to 216,000kms and chugging along beautifully. Always go there for services and parts. Never had a problem. Cannot recommend the place and Geoff highly enough. Great little cars !!!

Terrible customer services ! Brought a secondhand part to realise it was the wrong part and had to go back to exchange it to realise again it was another wrong part. Clueless staffDont give them business

Unable to find part locally so contacted DaiAuto. Good, friendly and fast customer service over the phone. Part arrived interstate in 2 days and works perfectly. Cost half as much as the part was on ebay. Will definitely be using them from now on.

Beyond happy with the service. Found the part I needed when nobody else could and delivered across the city within 24 hours. Would recommend.

In all communications from beginning to my final payment, a new part was repeatedly quoted to me. It was only when I received the delivery that I noticed a note was added to the invoice- confirming that a used part was sent to me anyway and for me to advise them of my bank details for credit. Would have been nice to have been notified prior to simply sending it out without the customer's agreement.Staff over phone was rude and it took almost 2 weeks for a $40 refund to be honoured to me via bank transfer. In that time all emails to the company to confirm if the credit had been honoured was not responded to.May have all the parts you need, but poor communication and busines acumen.

They came good with some hard to get parts, and were very pleasant to deal with
