Best experience I've ever had. I've sold a few properties over the years and I honestly did not enjoy the process, not one bit, the stress the experience. That was until we approached Ben to sell our property in Kingston, wow, just wow Ben totally reset the whole experience!From the very beginning Ben was friendly, open and made us feel at ease about the process. His warm personality and open communication just made the whole process seamless and as relaxed as I never expected! Second to none customer service. This was our first property purchase experience and Lauren has been present from first inspection to delivery of the keys and beyond. She even went out of her way to source one of the missing knobs of gas cook top soon after we moved in. On auction day where we had close to no experience, she brought that extra support to take us through the whole process with ease. She was also a great source of knowledge when we started to discuss our future plan with the house. All in all, she was very friendly and considerate, yet quite efficient and reliable through our purchasing experience with her. We shall extend that positive impression to the whole team members we had the chance to meet along the way.

For me, I felt Lauren was a powerhouse with regards to market knowledge, and I was very pleasantly surprised, to put it mildly, to receive an offer that went beyond my expectations. Knows͏ market wellAs a first time seller I had several questions and unknowns when we started the selling journey. Eliana was extremely helpful in making us understand process, timeframes and actions required from our side. Also Property Collective (especially Renee) was well organised and supportive when the transition happend from a tenanted property to selling phase as the property manager. Eliana's biggest strength is that she is a good listener but at the same time not hesitant to recommend the best strategy get a good outcome.
