DO NOT engage this company, they want upfront payment have cancelkled appoitments, then dont turn up refusing to refund. Unfortunatly you have to select 1 star to post definatly NOT deserving of a star.

This service state they require payment before completing their clean, which is fine. If they don’t receive payment prior, they cancel your appointment…even though you transfer the money the morning of prior to their clean.issues are;Did not attend when arranged on one occasion offered a “sick” excuse but made no other arrangement.Payment made 2 hrs before they attended and they already cancelled the clean and once informed they were paid still did not attend as promised. Cleaner made an arrangement to attend Saturday morning and cancelled half hour before due to attend.End of the day, nice people, unreasonable payment policy when funds transfer instantly these days, and excuses through the roof when they say they can’t make it. It’s obvious trend in their business which is costing them money.Cannot recommend this business at all. If I could give half a star I would.
