Excellent, speedy, reasonably priced service. When I rang him he immediately knew what the problem was. He turned up the same day with the right part and cheerfully and efficiently fixed my fridge. You can't get better than that.

They were recommended by Samsung as our local authorised fridge repairers (out of warranty). It took a week from first contact to attending but the process was smooth. The service staff on the phone were always efficient, polite and informative with expected timeframes. I received a phone call the day before and a text message 30mins before they attended which was excellent communication. Adam attended with an apprentice, they were clean, fast and efficient. Adam was quick to diagnose the problem and presented the options to repair and likely costs incurred. We ended up deciding not to repair but purchase new instead. Overall an excellent experience, and we will definitely consider using Hopswood repairs for any future whitegoods repairs.

I was so impressed with Adam and Steve from Hopswoods Repair. These tradesman are at great assist to the company.They come fully equipped with towels to protect my stone bench top and and cooktop.
