What an amazing experience at the Ballarat outlet. Kath and Amanda are just so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and lovely. Their smiling faces and open arms approach towards myself and no doubt other customers is so very well received and appreciated. There is no pressure applied to purchase anything but they certainly have all the goods that you would want for a pleasant nights sleep. Customer service is outstanding. I am always treated as a friend, not just a customer. It is worth the drive from Warrnambool to receive such care.

Brought a cpap from this store a few weeks ago, also brought a pillow here recently and was back in today and had excellent service on all three occasions from who I believe is the manager, with glasses and a tattoo and another woman who I can't remember either names (sorry). Both women were very professional and went the extra mile to help me set up the machine, get a suitable pillow and process a return without issue (nothing wrong with machine it just didn't suit me) and also showed me another device which may help my respiratory problem which I was very grateful for. I will be going back to this store in the future to try this other device. Thanks again ladies for your exceptional service
